Rope Basics - Aerial Rope Workshop with Ashley Lindsey
Service Description
Curious about aerial rope? This workshop explores the foundational skills that make this apparatus so unique and rewarding. Students will learn essential rope techniques including toe climbs, bites, tension-based locks, and beginner-friendly sequencing while developing confidence on a single vertical apparatus. Whether you're brand new to rope or looking to refine and refresh your fundamentals, this class will provide a strong technical foundation along with fun, creative combinations to practice. Experience Level: Students should be comfortable with basic silks climbs and aerial inversions. No prior rope experience required.

Cancellation Policy
You may reschedule your class, but we do not give refunds. In the event that the workshop/ show is not repeated, we will give you credit to use on any of our services - classes, shows, and workshops. Students who "no show" and cancel in the 2 hour window will have the class deducted from their package.
