Welcome to Santa Rosa Beaches first and only aerial, circus and performance arts studio!

We are excited to help you get started on your new fun fitness journey!

What is aerial arts?

Aerial arts is  a circus art most notably seen in Cirque Du Soleil. From apparatuses that hang from the ceiling aerialists perform beautiful climbs, wraps, drops and other amazing acts while suspended from the air. Aerial is a fantastic workout and you do not need any experience to participate, you will have fun while getting fit!

Our studio offers aerial silks, pole dance/fitness, aerial sling/hammock, aerial lyra/hoop, aerial rope, Kangoo jump fitness, flow arts, fire arts, flexibility, contortion and conditioning classes. Classes are suitable for all ages, sizes and fitness levels, and no experience required. Classes available for kids and teens/adults, we have beginner through advanced level classes. Group classes are in a small open group setting. Private one on one sessions, group privates and parties available. We offer drop in classes, monthly packages and unlimited class memberships. 

What to know before attending aerial classes

The following information will help you prepare for your first visit with us!

Risk

Aerial Arts is a high risk activity that can cause minor to serious injuries. New students should understand risk factors and will be required to sign a -participant agreement, release & risk assumption waiver. More info on risk can be found here.

Who can attend?

You should not have any current injuries that could cause you issues during class. Students with prior injuries should seek medical advice before attending. Classes are for any age, any fitness level and any body. Cannot pull-up? No problem, our beginner classes are designed to help you build strength to work up to higher level classes! Not flexible, no issue - students of all flexibility and fitness levels can take class!

Cost

Drop in is $30, or we offer a 2 class for $40 for new students only. After you attend your first class and want to commit to a class package, you will be invited to our private member system & app.

Signing up

Pre-registration is required for all classes, classes are limited space, sign-up online or message us. Intro students can sign up on our class offerings page.

What to wear

For aerial classes, tighter fitting fitness attire is suggested, something that covers the backs of the knees and the torso. Proper attire helps avoid skin abrasions that could be caused by the fabrics.

NO JEWELRY of any kind can be worn, it can damage the equipment. Shoes and socks will be removed prior to class starting. No lotion or heavy makeup should be worn.

For pole classes we suggest shorts and a sports bra, pole is dependent on points of skin contact.

First class

Students should arrive 5-10 minutes early to sign in and sign a risk assumption waiver. Class will start on time, please arrive in a timely manner to warm up with class and avoid interruptions. Instructor should be made aware of any prior injuries you have had.

Class length

All classes are one hour long, consisting of a 10 minute warm up, 45 minutes of aerial instruction, and a 5 minute cooldown. Students may take pictures or video at cooldown.

Who should NOT attend?

People with the following conditions should not attend - GLAUCOMA, HEART DISEASES/CONDITIONS, BLOOD PRESSURE PROBLEMS, BRAIN INJURIES, MAJOR SPINAL & NECK ISSUES/INJURIES, PEOPLE WHO SUFFER FROM SEIZURES OR EPILEPSY, ANY CONDITION THAT CAUSES LOSS OF CONSCIOSNESS OR FAINTING.

Seek Doctors Advice 

  • People with conditions such as the following should seek doctor advice before attending - BLOOD CONDITIONS/DISEASES, BACK/NECK PROBLEMS, PEOPLE WITH PRIOR BODILY INJURIES/SURGERIES.

  • Students who are required to wear any medical device.  

  • Teacher should be made aware of any conditions/injuries before class.

Cancellations

Cancelation window is 24 hours to reschedule class. Any student who no-shows or calls out of class 2 hours prior to class will lose class spot.

Who should NOT attend?

Age Requirements

Students must be 7+ to attend regular classes. Students ages 5-7 may attend if a parent attends class with them. Kids classes are separate from adult classes, must sign up for age appropriate class.

Teenagers over the age of 14 may attend adult intro classes.

Waivers

Risk assumption waiver must be filled out prior to attending your first class. Students under the age of 18 must be accompanied by parent or have signed waiver in hand to attend first class. Waiver can be printed following link above.

Class Minimums

Classes must have a minimum of 2 people signed up or it could be cancelled. Classes will be subject to cancellation if only 1 person is signed up a few hours prior to class. You will be informed via text or phone call.

Spectators

No spectators are permitted in the studio or gym area. Parents/ children are permitted to be in the waiting area (parents in kids classes, or children with an adult during classes). Must stay behind curtains, please do not distract class.
