Service Description

Beginner friendly ALL LEVELS Students who are new to pole: will learn pole terminology, master the basics, build strength, learn ideal form, technique, and safety. We will focus on static pole. Students who have some experience: will learn spins, pole moves, transitions, and focus on gaining skills for climbs/inverts. We will be learning both static and spin pole. Students who have mastered lower level 1 pole movement. Students will learn different grips to invert, multiple climbing techniques, aerial inversions, leg holds, longer move combinations, upper level transitions, and less points of contact moves on both static and spin. WHAT TO BRING: Water and pole grip WHAT TO WEAR: Tank top, sports bra, and form-fitted shorts or pole wear. **leave all your jewelry at home and don't wear any lotions**

Cancellation Policy

You may reschedule your class, but we do not give refunds. In the event that the workshop/ show is not repeated, we will give you credit to use on any of our services - classes, shows, and workshops. Students who "no show" and cancel in the 2 hour window will have the class deducted from their package.
