Loops & Locks Aerial Rope Workshop with Ashley @Millikitten

Service Description

This workshop explores creative loop-based pathways, inverted climbing techniques, and the unique locks that make rope such a dynamic apparatus. Students will work through S & U locks, transitions, and flowing sequences while building efficiency, body awareness, and confidence in the air. We'll also introduce dynamic elements and movement concepts that connect skills into exciting combinations. This workshop is ideal for aerialists looking to expand their rope vocabulary, refine their technique, and discver new ways to move through the apparatus. Experience Level: Intermediate. Students should be comfortable with aerial inversions, inverted climbs, and foundational rope skills such as S-wraps and windmills. Previous rope experience is required.
