Introduction to fire Breathing safely

235 US dollars
Serenoa Road

Service Description

Start your fire journey with a strong foundation in safety, technique, and best practices. We’ll open with an in-depth discussion covering hazards, equipment, preparation, and proper cleanup. These essential guidelines are designed to help new fire artists build safe habits, reduce risks, and understand what to expect “in the moment” while performing breathwork. After the safety overview, we’ll move into hands-on practice. Students will begin by learning spit techniques using water, followed by the option to attempt their first official breath under guided, controlled conditions. We’ll also cover how to properly “safety” another breather so you can support your fellow artists.
