Service Description

Duration: 1.5 hours Workshop Description – “Contact Staff: Letting Go” In this workshop, you’ll explore the art of contact staff by learning skills that involve releasing the staff—often and confidently. We’ll focus on techniques that rely on body pathways instead of gripping, giving you a deeper understanding of staff flow. Topics include groundwork, prayer and cage concepts, angel roll variations, and entrance pathways. A few loaner contact staffs will be available (limited supply). Difficulty will adjust based on class progression.
