Service Description

Beginners through advanced beginners/ intermediate are welcome. What to wear - tighter fitting fitness attire, something that covers the backs of the knees and the torso. No jewelry or lotion should be worn. Bring a water. Recording only permitted at the end of class, no recording teachers or other students.

Cancellation Policy

You may reschedule your class, but we do not give refunds. In the event that the workshop/ show is not repeated, we will give you credit to use on any of our services - classes, shows, and workshops. Students who "no show" and cancel in the 2 hour window will have the class deducted from their package.
